Building with AI

Faster delivery, same ownership

AI writes the code faster. Decisions and review stay human.
  1. 01

    Spec first

Data model, roles, edge cases, and definition of done, written before any code.

  2. 02

    Claude Code builds

Scaffolding, migrations, and UI generated against the spec.

  3. 03

    Architecture stays human

Tenancy, RLS, and auth designed by hand. Every diff reviewed before merge.

  4. 04

    Shipped, not demoed

Deployed, monitored, and live, including App Store and Play Store releases.

3 production apps in 3 months. One runs a 5-branch business daily.
